Data Analyst

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detailoriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing data to help drive decisionmaking processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of data trends, and the ability to present actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, analyze trends, and create reports to help guide business strategies and improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with management and teams to understand business requirements and provide datadriven recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis and performance metrics.
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and transformation to ensure highquality datasets.
• Develop and maintain data models and reporting tools to support decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data is being used effectively across the organization.
• Support adhoc analysis and projects as required by business needs.
• Stay updated with new data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies

Position Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role in data analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with statistical tools and programming languages like Python, R, or similar.
• Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex data manipulation tasks.
• Strong problemsolving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets while ensuring accuracy.
• Experience with cloudbased data platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with data governance and privacy best practices is a plus.
